Terms and Conditions

The rate considers 2 people per Studio.
The additional guest has a cost of $2,800.00 MXN per night.
The maximum occupancy is 3 guests per Studio.
Maximum 2 extra guests per Studio.
Credit will be opened for 1 night or 30% of your stay as a guarantee amount.
Colima 71 has no discrimination, selection, or exclusion based on race or preferences.
Pets are accepted only upon request. Maximum 1 pet per studio.
The daily pet boarding fee is $4,500.00 MXN.
A boarding deposit of $19,000.00 MXN per pet will be required.
Our rates and amounts are in Mexican pesos.
Our prices include 16% VAT and 3.5% lodging tax.
